Respected forensic expert is new PAO Deputy Chief

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr., appointed Dr. Erwin Erfe, the respected and well-loved head of the Forensic Services of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) as its new Deputy Chief, vice Atty. Silvestre Mosing.

Erfe was promoted last March 27, 2024, based on his appointment paper signed by the President but it was confirmed to the media in a text message by Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Atty. Cheloy V. Garafil, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

For his part, Mosing, from the Kalinga tribe, rose from the ranks having first being admitted as Associate Public Attorney II in 1995 before being appointed as PAO Deputy Chief for Visayas and Mindanao in 2006 by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
