No, the picture was taken at the back of the Mall of Asia (MOA) last October 10, with the setting sun’s view obstructed by the “mountain” of sands and other debris for the ongoing (questionable) land reclamation project in the area. The famed ‘Sunset at Manila Bay’ is now truly gone (photo taken with a Huawei Pura 70 Pro).
