PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. readily obliges former Manila mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso and his running mate, Angela Lei ‘Chi’ Atienza, when they bumped into each other during the 90th anniversary of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) at the Manila Hotel last October 29, 2024.
Moreno ran, but lost, to Marcos, in the 2022 presidential election. He is now seeking to regain the Manila mayoralty post with Atienza as his running mate in next year’s midterm polls.
The President reportedly told Moreno of his belief the latter would again become the mayor of the country’s capital.
