NICA, APCU, give recognition to Pinoy Exposé publisher

A week before, on June 10, 2022, Gutierrez was also among the 10 Filipinos recognized with the prestigious Award to Promote Philippines China Understanding (APPCU) in a ceremony attended by President-elect Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines HE Huang Xilian.

The AAPCU is an annual event that recognizes the contributions of prominent Filipino individuals in both the public and private sectors for the strengthening of the understanding, cooperation and bilateral ties between China and the Philippines.
