Rubio conferred as ‘Outstanding Public Servant’

BUREAU of Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Rubio added to his collection of recognitions after being conferred as ‘Outstanding Public Servant’ during the Gawad Pilipino awarding ceremony last November 19.

Rubio was cited for his exemplary leadership, transformative initiatives, and significant contributions in enhancing transparency and efficiency in customs operations.

The BOC, as an institution, was also honored with the ‘Tapat sa Paglilingkod Award’ for its steadfast commitment to public service excellence, and in recognition of the agency’s innovative programs anchored on sustained efforts to build public trust.
