A SEA of humanity once again trooped to the Manila North Cemetery as people from all walks of life pay a visit to their dear but departed loved ones this time of the year, November 1, ‘All Souls’ Day’ or ‘Undas.’
As part of Filipino culture similar with other countries, people would travel from faraway and go out of their way to visit the final resting place of their loved ones and pay them respect.
To ensure peace and order, the Philippine National Police said it has deployed over 31,000 policemen all over the country to ensure the solemnity of the occasion with over 18,000 policemen alone deployed in the National Capital Region (photo credit to Crismon Heramis).
